About the Event
We are starting the morning with an honor walk to recognize and honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who was assassinated on this day 57 years ago. The honor walk will begin at 10AM at the Civil Rights Heritage Center (1040 W Washington St.) and end at the MLK Jr. Dream Center (1522 Linden Ave.). If you're unable to join the walk, you're welcome to arrive at the MLK Dream Center starting at 10:30AM to enjoy music and fellowship before the ceremony begins.
